Char helps purpose-driven leaders understand what their vision requires before they build.
With more than 30 years of experience in community development, public-sector leadership, organizational development, and cross-sector collaboration, Char has spent her career turning complex community needs into practical pathways forward.
She has built a city housing department from the ground up, secured more than $1 million in grant funding, served as a federal grant reviewer, and helped develop innovative partnerships recognized by the State of Michigan.
Her approach is grounded in three beliefs:
